    Online fitness?? It makes perfect sense for a stay at home work from home mom, like me. When I have time, it is usually *right now* – in a better get on it kind of way. With a toddler and a two year old, going to a class or a gym is a bit much for me! Great giveaway! :)

    I have been following you for about a month or so on Facebook because of postings from a high school classmate, Carisa Rasmussen. You are both truly inspiring women! Im a very busy mom of 2 running my own massage practice in Buffalo. Ive never struggled with my weight and found I could eat whatever I wanted. I truly am a junk food junky who got away with it. Having a handle on my weight has changed over the last few months. I am now in my 30’s and I am proud to say that on April 1st of this past year I quit a long time, terrible, and embarrassing ciggarette addiction. I was so excited to do this for me and for my family and for my health. It was the hardest thing I have ever done! I am super committed to my quit and am so glad that I had the will power to do it. However, like most ex-smokers, I turned to more food to fill that void and gnawing desire for instant gratification. Now I have 15-20 extra pounds and Ive beat myself up over them for the past few months because they just wont go away! I really need a strong foundation with working out and eating better! If I can quit smoking for my health theres no reason I cant workout and eat well too! My desire to be healthy is burning hot, I really just need to learn how! Ive tried working out at home by myself with the wii, counting calories, and meal replacement, only to stress myself out, cry in my closet, and ultimately just put on more weight. I hope you pick me!

    Me, me, pick me! I need to stay motivated and need some things to do at home with tiny bit of equipment I have (read: weights and a bosu ball). But more than that, I need/want more clean eating support!

  8. Well lets count the ways…1. Big thighs 2. Big arms 3. No self esteem 4. Hate my reflection. Those are just a few. I have completed one of your challenges and I am currently in my second. Words can’t express the confidence I have gained in such a short time. With the weight and inches slowly coming off along with the constant support I don’t want to stop! Your workouts are awesome and finances are tight. I would love the opportunity to continue my journey knowing YOU are right there guiding me!

  9. I love going to the gym but working full time and being a mommy makes it hard. I hate bringing my kids from daycare/school to another daycare:( I often feel I skip out on workouts because of my mom guilt. When I’m at home doing my workouts I feel good about being in the same room as my kids and also letting them see I’m working out to be healthy! I’m missing the accountability that I was receiving when meeting friends to do workout classes at the gym. I’m intrigued with how this online program works and would love to be inspired by you!     I need HELP to get healthy and really need motivation with getting back on track… I can eat healthy all I want or watch what I eat but with no exercise or not even knowing where to start I am getting nowhere. I lost 60 lbs at on time but then I started having some health problems that made loosing weight really hard when I was sick and when I was sitting in the hospital or having surgeries. In 2010 have heart issues that have lead to a pacemaker and now leading to issues with my liver that put me on medications that really make it hard for me get motivated on my own and can cause weight gain have made me tired or just having no steam to really get moving. I know it would be very beneficial to me, my life and making it easier with health issues even having less health issues. If I learned how to loose some weight I would feel better and have more energy. I just need the support and the tools to help me. Kristi, I believe you can give those tools and help me build up the motivation to succeed.

    I really need help. I have been going to the gym and working out or doing group trainings but I haven’t lost anything. I realize it is a good thing but I really need to lose weight. I need to get my health together so that I can enjoy my life with out the fear of dropping dead because of some unhealthly choices I made in the past. I even thought about having surgery but I still feel that is shortcut. I need to be a fighter and get through this but need help doing it. I also need some one to actually show me what and the why to losing weight and keeping it off.

    I am VERY interested in Inspired Fitness online personal training program because I have seen first hand results that Kristi Crickett Youngdahl has helped other women achieve and I WANT THAT! I am full time working mother and getting to the gym has been a challenge. I am looking for a flexible program that would allow me to work out in the comfort of my own home and motivate me to achieve my new goals. Being new to the fitness world, it will also help me learn about proper form, sets, reps and what I am exactly suppose to be doing.     I’m excited about this offer. I have lost 61# since March. I have done this through portion control and exercise (of which my Dr. prescribed for my major depression) I have also quit smoking (6 weeks ago) I am really struggling with
    this challenge. My current workout schedule is water aerobics 5 days a week, walking 30 minutes 7 days at 3mph on level 3. I also use the Cybex weight machines twice a week and Pilate Reformers (level 2) twice a week.. Some days I do some home training DVDS. I feel as if I ‘m in a slump right now and have hit the dreaded plateau for weight loss. I would appreciate the interest you may take in response to my entry. I think it is my next level of training ! Will be excited to hear from you.

    I liked and shared the page. The reason I would want to win is for a change. Going to the gym and just doing the usual curls and squats gets old. I have seen your transformation and it’s incredible. I want a bootay like yours!!!!

    I have been taking more time to focus on myself, health, and happiness and Kristi has helped me along the way. I went outside my comfort zone and joined Kristi’s October Challenge. I plan to join the November and December challenges to keep me motivated and focused on my goals. I would love and greatly appreciate the opportunity to win the online personal training with Kristi. As a full-time working mom who is extremely busy, I haven’t made time to enroll in a gym membership and would love to be able to do all my workouts at home before the kids wake or after they go to bed Inspired Fitness style! The goals of your program appear to focus on healthy eating, personal fitness, and (most importantly) building self confidence, as well as, self worth. Over the past 8 years I have been losing sight of the value and impact these elements have on the person I want and was meant to be.     I am interested because I saw the video and I want an “after” photo, too! Your success stories include total transformation, not just losing the weight, but really changing lives. Fear and shame have kept me from doing the things I should do, much less the things I want to do and I’m tired of being judged because of the way I look. This online program gives people like me a chance to work out in their own home, to get the confidence to work up to exercising (and just being present) in the world. I’ve been too embarrassed to ride bike in public with my children, take a class with friends at the Y, or join a gym where everyone there is already in shape. I need a change of mind in order to change my body!

    I would like to win because I am 49 and everything that worked before is not working now and this plateau just wont budge… trainers don’t help, nothing helps…. I have a GREAT pair of legs, glutes, and stomach but it’s all hidden by that last inch of fat. :-( Ikeep asking for a training routine set out for the next month -I’d be willing to pay- but everyone either puts it off or wants me to buy their product…I simply feel lost now, like I don’t know if I am lifting enough, too much, doing enough cardio, too much, wrong kind, etc. Ugh! I had an eating disorder about 20 years ago and I am so struggling with the old thoughts. I am getting so frustrated. :-(

    Hi Kristi. I read your article in the Oxygen Off the Couch issue. You are an inspiration to me. My issue is that I need motivation from someone who has “been there.” I want to know what works, and what will work for me I am 41 and I have been dieting since the age of 10. I need a lifestyle and not a diet and with my busy lifestyle, your online training program will help me achieve my goals by laying it all out for me.     I want to win because it is never too late! Right?! I am the same age as Tosca and she just won first price on stage with the help of a trainer. I don’t aspire to walk on stage but would love to wake up every day in a body I was proud of. I believe you could help me achieve that!
