Why is Inspired Fitness a 6-month program?

Because we don’t want to help you drop a few pounds to squeeze into a special dress. We want to help you create a healthy lifestyle that you can maintain. And we believe consistent clean eating and regular strength training are essential to that goal.

We know that six months on one of our programs will give you the jump start you need to get comfortable with a new food and fitness routine. In that time, and with personal trainer support, we know you’ll get past the obstacles that come with change—the ones that have kept you from success in the past—and you’ll have time to fall in love with your new healthy body and healthy lifestyle. Joining the Inspired Fitness training program is a six month commitment to yourself; one that we hope will become life-long. We’re just here to keep you accountable and on track.

I already do cardio. Do I really need strength training?

Absolutely! Every body needs strength training to increase metabolism, strengthen bones, improve muscle tone, and maintain a healthy weight. Strength training burns more calories than cardio alone, and will have you looking and feeling better faster.

Is strength training really for women?

Yes! Women need strong bones and muscles and a healthy metabolism as much as men do, maybe more. And if you’re looking for a toned and defined body, only strength training will give you those results. Don’t worry about getting bulky. A woman’s body doesn’t produce the level of testosterone needed to build muscle mass like a man.

Will I have to give up all my favorite foods?

Consistency, not perfection, wins over time. The Inspired Fitness clean eating program is not a diet, does not require deprivation, and does not mean giving up everything you love. Your Inspired Fitness program does involve a sustainable change in eating habits and finding healthier ways to indulge in your favorites.

Will I have to count and cut calories?

No way! You won’t even have to think about calories on the Inspired Fitness clean eating program. You will increase your metabolism simply by eating clean and being active. You’ll burn calories without ever thinking about them.

Are Isagenix supplements required as part of the Inspired Fitness program?

No. Supplements are an option Kristi makes available to her clients, but the Inspired Fitness clean eating and strength training programs do not require you to purchase any supplements or additional products.

In her years of experience, Kristi has found that clients who have a high-quality, organic meal replacement and supplement option like Isagenix available to them generally achieve greater success. In addition, they are more likely to maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle. Some clients report sleeping better, experiencing fewer aches and pains, thinking more clearly, and having a more positive outlook on life. Your experience will be unique to you. How long will it take to see results?

If you are dedicated to your Inspired Fitness program, you can expect to feel healthier and more energetic within 1-2 weeks. Every body is different, but major changes in the mirror typically take up to 6 weeks.

I’m a beginner. Will I be able to do the workouts?

Yes! Each Inspired Fitness workout includes a description or demonstration of modified moves that allow you to increase or decrease intensity to adapt the workout to fit your abilities. This means anyone can do an Inspired Fitness workout, regardless of experience or current level of fitness.

Beginners may complete fewer repetitions or sets of each exercise, take longer periods of rest between moves, perform the less challenging version of the move,  and/or complete them without the use of hand weights. As you build strength, these elements can be adjusted to customize your workout and make sure you are always being challenged.

I’m an athlete. Will I be challenged by the workouts?

Yes! Each Inspired Fitness workout includes a description or demonstration of modified moves that allow you to increase or decrease intensity to adapt the workout to fit your abilities. This means anyone can do an Inspired Fitness workout, regardless of experience or current level of fitness.

Athletes may add additional repetitions, sets, or moves, take little or no rest between moves, perform the most challenging version of each move, and/or add hand weights to increase difficulty. I’m busy. Will I have time to do the workouts?

If health and fitness are a priority, you will always find time for your workout. And Inspired Fitness makes that easy for you by ensuring that every full-body workout can be completed in as little as 30-45 minutes.

Do I need access to a gym?

No! Inspired Fitness functional workouts can be performed at home, in the gym, outside, and anywhere else your busy life takes you.

Do I need fitness equipment?

The only equipment required is a set of hand weights. Many of the exercises can be completed without them as well.

How do I join?

Click on the Online Trainer tab to see details about the two programs available. Select the program that’s right for you, fill out the online forms, and you’re on your way to transforming your body and living the life you deserve!

I joined! Now what?

Welcome to the Inspired Fitness family! After the enrollment process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Log in to your account using the username and password you created to access your program’s features, and start your journey toward a healthier, happier life! And if you want a little extra push to reach your goals, check the home page for information about the next Inspired Fitness Challenge.

Can I enter more than one challenge at the same time?

We often have two challenges running simultaneously, one for Inspired Fitness members and one for Isagenix users. If you purchase the qualifying Isagenix package and are a member of the Inspired Fitness training program, you are eligible for both challenges simultaneously. In fact, your first qualifying Isagenix order will earn you an extra free month of training on the fitness challenge! By competing in both challenges, you double you chance to win and double your participation bonus.  Is there a limit to the number of challenges I can enter or win?

Inspired Fitness hosts a monthly Isagenix challenge and a quarterly fitness challenge. As long as you meet eligibility requirements, there is no limit to the number of challenges you can enter or win.

Can I create my own workouts?

If you are enrolled in the Online Fitness plus program, you have access to the Inspired Fitness workout video library, where you can combine moves to create a custom workout.

When is the best time to do my workout?

Most people find that they have the most energy and motivation to workout in the morning. Early workouts also protect you from the excuses that may arise throughout the day for putting off or skipping your workout later on. Ultimately, the best time for your workout is the time that’s most convenient for you. Whatever time of day you choose, make sure you schedule your workout on your calendar, and always plan it out in advance.

Can I log in and workout any time?

Yes! You are in complete control of when and where you do your Inspired Fitness workout.

How often do the workouts change?

Each month you’ll receive three unique full-body workouts. Rotating through these three workouts each week, with a brand new set available each month, keeps your routine fresh and interesting, and keeps your body guessing to maximize results. Online Fitness plus members can also access the Inspired Fitness video library to supplement the monthly workouts or create new routines.

What if I forget my username and password?

If you forget your username or password, go to your login screen and click on “Forgot username or password.” Simply follow the prompts and reset your login information to gain access to your account.

Can I view the workout videos on full screen?

Yes! Click the icon in the lower right hand corner of the video window to view your workouts in full screen mode. Simply hit escape to revert to the previous screen.

Can I access workouts on my smart phone or tablet?

Yes! You can log in to your account from any internet-connected device.
