Our mission is to promote lifelong wellness through physical fitness, nutrition, rest and play. We make getting healthy fun and staying healthy easy. We help people save time, lower stress, prevent illness and maximize health and overall well-being. Inspired Fitness is still a privately-owned company with a big heart with the primary goal of helping our clients and our communities achieve their optimal health.

Beginner Boot Camp is a results oriented, group focused, instructor led, calorie blasting laugh session (disguised as an exercise class). The class is designed to help participants meet their fitness goals by providing them direction and instruction combined with group support and motivation to make exercise a fun social activity instead of a dreaded event. With our signature timed interval circuit style concept, the class can be tailored to any fitness level and is especially focused on the beginner. Each exercise is timed for approximately one minute, so everyone starts and finishes at the same time. There is never a last finisher. The clock stops and everyone moves to the next station. This helps promote group support and camaraderie amongst the participants.

Each class combines cardio, strength training, and core exercises that work the entire body. By making the rests between exercises short, we are able to keep heart rates high without a lot of high impact moves. This allows participants to maximize calorie burn during class as well as for several hours after class without a lot of wear and tear on their bodies. Each exercise also combines several muscle groups so that you get more work done in a short amount of time. The circuits vary daily, so both your mind and body stay activated and challenged and never bored.

At the Inspired Fitness “Beginner Bootcamp” you’ll find yourself surrounded by women just like you – wanting to get in shape, lose inches, have a great time, and get support every step of the way!

Inspired Fitness holds several “Beginner Bootcamps” around town – from Orange Park to the Beaches. Our goal is to provide a location that is convenient for you as another way to insure your success. We also do corporate bootcamps where we come to your office location to conduct the classes. If you have fellow co-workers that want to join with you, please inquire about this option.
