What is the Inspired Fitness Beginner Bootcamp Program?
Beginner Bootcamp is a results oriented, group focused, instructor led, calorie blasting laugh session (disguised as an exercise class). The class is designed to help participants meet their fitness goals by providing them direction and instruction combined with group support and motivation to make exercise a fun social activity instead of a dreaded event. With our signature timed interval circuit style concept, the class can be tailored to any fitness level and is especially focused on the beginner. Each exercise is timed for approximately one minute, so everyone starts and finishes at the same time. There is never a last finisher. The clock stops and everyone moves to the next station. This helps promote group support and camaraderie amongst the participants.
Each class combines cardio, strength training, and core exercises that work the entire body. By making the rests between exercises short, we are able to keep heart rates high without a lot of high impact moves. This allows participants to maximize calorie burn during class as well as for several hours after class without a lot of wear and tear on their bodies. Each exercise also combines several muscle groups so that you get more work done in a short amount of time. The circuits vary daily, so both your mind and body stay activated and challenged and never bored.
How long is the program?
Each bootcamp last for 4 weeks. Due to the fantastic results that they experience after the first bootcamp, many members repeat the bootcamp and make it part of their long-term fitness program.
Who should join this program?
Beginner Bootcamp is the perfect fit for the woman who wants to:

Who are the instructors?
Our instructors are certified fitness professionals that are extremely passionate about what they do and the results that they help obtain. They love what they do and it shows. They are supportive, encouraging, and motivating, but challenging at the same time. No matter what your fitness level, they’ll take you to new highs!
What if I haven’t worked out in ages? Will I be able to do it?
The Bootcamps are designed for all fitness levels (Beginner to Advanced), but focused on the Beginner. Instructors will go through the circuit before each class and you control your own intensity. Variations are given to anyone that wants more intensity. Everyone’s starting point will be different. Your own progress is the only one that is important. With each class, you’ll see your strength and endurance increasing and you can kick up the intensity as your body grows stronger.
I belong to a gym. Why would I join this program?
Gyms are great places for self-motivators that are happy working out alone, without outside support or motivation. But, statistics show that this isn’t the large majority of us. Even though the nation has 36 Million gym memberships, on average these members only go 4 times per month. Not a great habit for a fitness routine. Also, most gyms don’t provide you with the direction, structure, support, and accountability to be successful. That’s where Inspired Fitness comes in. We help you develop routines and habits so that you can take full advantage of your gym memberships. Another reason is plateau. The body will adapt to even the most strenuous workout after a short period of time, which explains why some people complain about going to the gym regularly yet not seeing any results. Inspired Fitness workouts are designed to prevent the plateau by constantly challenging the body in unexpected ways.

What are the workouts like?
The workouts vary every day but are designed to work your entire body and incorporate both cardio and strength training for the quickest results. You will be burning calories and building and toning muscles with every class. The instructor will set up a new circuit for each class and go over each exercise station with the group. You’ll rotate through the stations at one-minute intervals so everyone is on the same time-clock and no one is ever “last” to finish.
Will I be sore?
Since you will be working muscles that you may have not used (or realized you had) in a long time, your muscles will be a little sore the first few days. We suggest doing an Epson Salt bath after your first few days to help alleviate any soreness. Your body will acclimate quickly and the soreness will pass. At least you know your muscles are working!
When will I see results?
Members have lost from 5 to 12.5 inches during the initial 4-week program. In addition to losing inches, members are also excited about other results such as better sleep, more energy, more confidence, improved posture, feeling stronger and increased endurance. These initial results feel awesome and are great motivators, but perhaps even better than those are the new set of habits and lifestyle changes you adopt, and especially the entire social support network that you develop that last a lifetime!
