Sweet Potato FriesWho says fries have to be greasy to be good? You’ll love to see your family devour this tasty superfood! And since these fries have such a satisfying spice, you can avoid added sugar by passing on ketchup.

Spiced Sweet Potato Fries

1 ½ pound sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into strips
¼ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with easy release aluminum foil and set aside. Put sweet potatoes in a zipper bag, add oil, salt, paprika and cinnamon, and shake. Spread the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes, or until browned. As soon as you remove them from the oven, sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
