Tosca Reno’s Eat-Clean Diet: the turning point in my weight loss journey

Posted on by Kristi Youngdahl

[br]I first “met” Tosca in an issue of Oxygen magazine. I went on to follow her through the pages of The Eat-Clean Diet…and every other book she’s ever published. I finally had the privilege of meeting Tosca in person at The Arnold back in march. She was as radiant and warm as I had imagined, and invited me to be one of her Eat Clean Ambassadors. Wow!

[br]Today, I have the honor of guest blogging…for Tosca Reno! It’s beyond exciting. And totally surreal.

[br]Nearly ten years ago, when I first dipped my toes into the health and fitness waters, I was clueless and completely overwhelmed. My weight loss formula (Diet Food + Treadmill = Skinny) wasn’t panning out the way I thought it would.

[br]Thankfully, that’s when I found Tosca, clean eating, and strength training. The rest—which you can read in my guest post on Tosca’s blog—is history.

[br]I’m so grateful for the role Tosca played in my whole-life transformation and for the opportunity to share my story with the many others who have been inspired by this incredible woman. It’s truly a privilege to be able to spread the Eat-Clean love through my website!

[br]In honor of Tosca and the role she played in my journey, I’m offering a special discount on my online personal training program and clean eating program. Head to Tosca’s blog to get the full scoop!
