Cardio does not ALWAYS have to be in the form of running or using a fancy machine! We’ve got a 20-minute session that you can do anywhere and there’s no equipment needed. Make sure that you are going ALL OUT in each of these 1-minute blasts. Take short breaks as needed, but really challenge yourself. Carrying on a conversation during this Inspired Fitness workout should be difficult – that’s the goal!!! It’s a more intense style, but trying new styles and shaking things up is ALWAYS a good idea. Get that heart rate up, the music pumping and your muscles will be poppin!
Complete the entire group all the way through. Rest 2 minutes and repeat one more time through. Be sure to warm up before you begin, and watch the video demonstrations to learn proper form and technique. Muscle soreness that lasts a few days is normal and can be expected. Consider it a reminder of what you’ve accomplished! A few minutes of gentle stretching after your workout will help to reduce soreness.
If you find this set too challenging, start by doing only one round; make it your goal to eventually finish the entire workout. But don’t let yourself off too easily!
