Inspired Fitness HIIT Workout

15-minute Inspired Fitness HIIT Workout

Are you looking for a workout?  How about one that doesn’t require a gym membership?  If you answered YES and YES, then this Inspired Fitness is a perfect match!  This routine is great for muscle building and also incorporates cardio at the same time – a double bonus!

 


Workout Instructions

Complete the entire group all the way through.  Be sure to warm up before you begin, and watch the video demonstrations to learn proper form and technique. Muscle soreness that lasts a few days is normal and can be expected. Consider it a reminder of what you’ve accomplished! A few minutes of gentle stretching after your workout will help to reduce soreness.

If you find this set too challenging, start by doing only one round; make it your goal to eventually finish the entire workout. But don’t let yourself off too easily!

Group 1

Plank Jacks | as many as possible in 40 seconds


Rest 20 seconds

Wall Sit | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Push-Up with Dumbbell Row | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Crunch With Clap | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Alternating Step-Up | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Squat Jack | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Triceps Dip | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Plank Hold | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

High Knees | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Plank Up-Downs | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Mountain Climbers | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Right Side Plank V-Up | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Left Side Plank V-Up | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Push-Up With Alternating Knee In | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest 20 seconds

Alternating Front Lunge With Knee Up | as many as possible in 40 seconds

Rest briefly and stretch before finishing for the day.
